AB1217 COMORBIDITIES DURING GONARTHROSIS

Background Osteoarthritis of the knee, together with that hip, is most serious disease osteoarthritis. Long considered a benign disease, gonarthrosis nevertheless associated significant morbidity. Objectives To assess prevalence co-morbidities in patients and to their impact on pain, functional radiographic progression. Methods Our study involved gonarthrosis. Comprehensive comorbidity screening was done. Pain intensity assessed by Analogue Visual Scale (EVA). The neuropathic component DN4 score. Functional Lequesne index Womac Knee X-rays were classified according Kellgren Lawrence (KL) criteria. Results A total 215 included (24 men/191 women). average age 58.02 ±9.11 years. mean body mass 24.87± 5.39 kg/m2. main comorbidities were: COMORBIDITIES PREVALENCE Overweight obesity 40,6% Heart 37,4% HTA 26% Diabetes 24,2% Dyslipidemia 11.2% Anxiety 9,3% Ostéoporosis 7,9% Dysthyroidism 7% Smoking 3,7% Neoplasia 1,4% Chronic kidney 0,9% visual analogic scale 7.86± 1.31 stress at 13.74 ±4.95. score 12.3 ±8.92. 6.71 ±3.20. 18.81± 8.9. Comorbidities (p = 0.02), 0.01), KL grades 0.02). Conclusion In this study, co-morbidity advanced age, severe structural impairment.
